The North Brunswick Train Station is the long game — as of February 2026 it's at 60% design approval through the MCIA / NJ Transit partnership, which would add a direct commute option to New York City. - Almost new construction. Built in 2021, the home is five years old. Mechanicals, appliances, and finishes are relatively new, so the typical maintenance concerns of an older home are less likely to come up in the near term.
